Cornealius Stamps, DSW, LCSW, LCSW-C

Cornealius Stamps, is a native of Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in History from Paine College. She followed that achievement with the attainment of a Master of Social Work Degree from University of South Carolina, Columbia and Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Kentucky

One of her greatest gifts is her natural ability to encourage and motivate others to the pursuit of happiness and purpose. Over the past six years, Cornealius has worked diligently as a clinician in the military sector, providing therapy to active-duty veterans and family members.

Cornealius is a Gottman Trained Leader in the “Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Work.” Cornealius has a passion for couples and is committed to helping couples find true and shared meaning. Her enthusiasm, zest for life and willingness to do what needs to be done are great qualities favorable to the clients she serves.

Her professional toolbox and therapeutic techniques include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I), Gottman Methods, EMDR and Strengths Based/Solution-Focused Therapy.

Gail Renwick,LMSW

Gail Renwick,has a passion for and dedicated to serve our nation’s military service-members, their families and couples.  Gail radiates confidence as she unswervingly volunteers her time, talents, knowledge and thousands of dedicated hours to Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) – a state of the art military and teaching hospital in Northern Virginia. Gail is a member of the Behavioral Health Consultation and Liaison Services at FBCH where she provides Psychiatric Triage and Crisis Intervention. Gail is committed to developing healthy and long-lasting changes in individuals, families and couples through therapeutic counseling – one change at a time – changing one life at a time.

Gail earned her master’s degree in social work (LMSW-MD), as well as her gerontology related minor degree in Aging Studies – from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She is currently a social work supervisee working towards her LCSW licensure in MD and VA. Specialties include: couples counseling, anxiety, grief and self-esteem.
